Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company (DevCo) is seeking a Senior Manager to govern the workforce cost, utilisation and change against the approved baseline and own the monthly workforce reporting pack. The role maintains audit-ready controls and master data across the organization.

Key duties include cost reporting, change-control governance, utilization analytics, data integrity across structures, and driving automation of workforce reporting with BI tools in collaboration with Finance, Accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, economics or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred at Senior Manager level.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff cost reporting on a baseline-forecast-actual basis, including cost variance analysis and payroll reconciliation.
• Establish and operate workforce change-control registers and impact assessments.
• Monitor utilisation, chargeability, bench and idle-cost exposure.
• Ensure integrity of workforce master data across resource management, work breakdown and organizational structures.
• Direct automation of workforce reporting through structured data models and business intelligence tooling.
• Manage workforce data interfaces with Finance, Accounting and Human Resources.
• Ensure workforce controls are documented and audit ready.
• Improve workforce control and reporting cycles through targeted process enhancement.

Job Purpose:

Govern and control DevCo's workforce cost, utilisation and change against the approved baseline, and own the workforce data on which every management report depends. The role issues the monthly workforce reporting pack, operates change control, manages workforce master data and maintains an audit-ready control environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff cost reporting on a baseline-forecast-actual basis, including cost variance analysis and payroll reconciliation.
• Establish and operate workforce change-control registers and impact assessments.
• Monitor utilisation, chargeability, bench and idle-cost exposure.
• Ensure integrity of workforce master data across resource management, work breakdown and organizational structures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field. Master's degree preferred at Senior Manager level.
• 10-13 years' total experience, including at least 5 years in workforce cost control, project controls, financial control or management reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous. Demonstrable capability in building and maintaining reporting data models.
