Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across infrastructure projects. You will develop QA plans, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement to mitigate risks and enhance project delivery.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams while staying current with industry best practices. Travel to project sites is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in quality engineering, with construction or project management background.
• Expertise in quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
