Team Saudi seeks a senior leader to head the Program Development and Accreditation for the Saudi Olympic Academy's educational and research programs, ensuring alignment with our mission to foster Olympic values and excellence in sports education.

You will manage program lifecycles, support accreditation and quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact programs that strengthen the Academy's

Qualificações

• Design, develop, review, and improve academic and professional education programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and market analyses to identify opportunities.
• Foster innovation and excellence in sports education through new methods.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure programs comply with national and international quality standards and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate accreditation processes with accrediting bodies to meet standards.
• Develop frameworks for monitoring program effectiveness using KPIs, learner feedback, and outcomes.
• Integrate educational technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and external partners to deliver high-quality offerings.
