Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Project Specialist or similar role.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
• Ability to support the delivery of complex, multi-phase projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Al Qadsiah multisport projects.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco representatives to confirm facility access.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved as planned.
• Track budgets and operational KPIs in line with the academy’s business plan.
• Document all phases of the project, including scope and risks.
• Provide operational support for recruitment and program rollout.
