Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an experienced strategy professional to support residential development teams in crafting market-informed approaches, analyzing investment opportunities, and guiding strategic decisions within the residential business unit.

The role requires 4–6 years in strategy consulting and real estate investment, with strong financial modeling and stakeholder management skills, based in Saudi Arabia. You will develop business cases, refine operating models, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience with a background in strategy consulting and real estate investment/development.
• Minimum of 3 years in consulting.
• Additional years in relevant roles (real estate development, investment, or strategy preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support residential strategy team to identify gaps and opportunities in the residential development portfolio, optimizing portfolio variety and rollout based on market analysis.
• Work on comprehensive development strategies on topics including target customer segments, product differentiation and adaptation to different users, and change management based on market movements and trends.
• Work with team members developing and refining business models for the development department, scrutinizing and setting fees, scopes of work, developer selection, and reviewing highest best-use studies.
• Creating presentations for management communicating team and departmental information.
• Analyze end-to-end residential development processes to identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Minute meetings with external consultants, funds, developers, end users.
• Assess and evaluate different investment structures.
• Draw roadmaps analyzing requirements, processes, and procedures relating to real estate field, including setting up real estate development and investment entities, interfacing with relevant authorities, etc.
• Create business cases for development opportunities
