Job summary

Master Works is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based platforms for enterprise and AI workloads. You will lead CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps workflows, and enforce security across on-prem systems.

Based on client site in Saudi Arabia, the role requires strong Kubernetes expertise, OpenShift/Rancher proficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kubernetes in production environments.
• Hands-on with container orchestration and deployment automation.
• GPU workloads in Kubernetes (NVIDIA) experience is a plus.
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge; security-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Kubernetes-based platforms for enterprise apps.
• Operate and maintain platforms cluster management and on-prem infra.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for services and apps.
• Enforce security best practices and access control in on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with dev teams to streamline deployments and releases.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Document architecture, processes, and governance for maintainability.
