Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Technician to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring safety and peak performance.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues across ovens, ranges, fryers, refrigeration units and dishwashers; develop preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life; and lead and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and

Qualifications

• Vocational degree or certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience as a kitchen technician in hospitality or food service.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing ovens, ranges, fryers, refrigeration units and dishwashers.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a diverse array of commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, ranges, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers.
