Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior/Lead Java Engineer for our Al Khobar team in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and enhance software platforms, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Java experience, be proficient in Angular and Spring, and possess strong SDLC knowledge. Azure familiarity is a plus, with standard working hours in KSA. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven Java software development experience.
• Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate or eligibility is required.
• Proficiency in Core Java including multithreading, GC tuning and concurrent collections.
• Hands-on experience building real-time event-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Angular and Spring for frontend/backend development.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
