Job summary

Perfect Vision is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to lead the backend engineering efforts for a high-concurrency IoT PaaS platform. You will design scalable systems for data collection, processing, and analysis while mentoring juniors and guiding cross-functional collaboration.

Required: 7+ years Java backend experience, Spring, Netty, REST/OpenAPI, and distributed systems know-how. Strong focus on performance, testing, and DevOps collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/SE.
• 7+ years of professional Java backend development.
• Experience with high-concurrency distributed systems.
• Agile development experience and senior/lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-concurrency IoT PaaS services using SpringBoot.
• Design data collection endpoints for TCP/UDP/MQTT/HTTP protocols.
• Build real-time data processing and analysis endpoints.
• Create data push APIs and streaming components.
• Lead backend architecture decisions and mentoring.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.
