• Proven backend development experience with MEAN stack.
• Experience building distributed, microservices-based systems.
• Strong RESTful API design and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Node.js and Express/Nest frameworks.
• Experience with MongoDB, queues, caches, and data pipelines.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
