Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant IVF Specialist to lead advanced fertility treatments in a high-volume clinical setting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on comprehensive fertility care, IVF protocols, and patient-centered outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with REI board certification and 5+ years of experience in IVF, including ICSI and embryo biopsy. Regulatory compliance and multidisciplinary collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Medical degree with board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IVF and advanced reproductive procedures.
Expertise in ICSI, embryo biopsy, and ART technologies.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed fertility assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform IVF procedures including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and sperm preparation.
Monitor treatment cycles using ultrasound and hormonal evaluations.
Interpret diagnostic results and provide evidence-based clinical recommendations.
Collaborate with embryologists, obstetricians, and multidisciplinary teams.
Educate patients about procedures, risks, and expected outcomes.
Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and ART technologies.
Train and guide junior staff including nurses and embryology teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
