Job summary

Riyadh Holding Company is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Systems & Applications Manager to lead and optimize our IT systems, business applications, and Dynamics 365 ERP environment.

You will ensure secure, reliable operations while driving technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee system administration, data management, and project delivery, while guiding a skilled IT team and coordinating with vendors to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications are preferred.
• +6 years of relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise applications, systems integration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Company’s IT systems, applications, and technology initiatives, ensuring security, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Oversee the administration, enhancement, reporting, integration, and data management of the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
• Manage IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, testing, deployment, and support.
• Drive business process optimization and automation through technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Lead and develop the IT systems and applications team while managing relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Monitor system performance, provide management reporting and recommendations, and standardize IT processes across the Company and its subsidiaries.
