Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to research and stay abreast of enterprise architecture trends and promote architectural discipline.
• Review IT projects to maintain a stable architecture and design consistent applications across large change programs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed architectures and designs for complex systems.
• Balance functional, service quality, and systems management requirements and provide recommendations on technical aspects of development.
• Gather project needs, determine system requirements including time and resources.
• Analyze system changes, prepare detailed technical specifications and designs for systems.
• Assist in developing business application specifications and provide detailed programming inputs.
• Prepare inputs for testing and schedule/execute system and integration tests.
• Diagnose escalated issues, identify root causes, and plan permanent changes to reduce chronic issues.
• Monitor application processes, collect performance data, and apply upgrades and patches.
