Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Interface Coordinator to oversee interface management across major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Vision 2030 goals.

You will coordinate cross-team communication, identify interdependencies, facilitate workshops, monitor performance, and support Project Managers to resolve conflicts and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interface coordination or related roles
• Strong knowledge of interface management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in project management and interface management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience in construction/infrastructure sectors is desirable
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to project management and interface coordination
• Professional certifications in project management or related field are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement interface management strategies and plans to foster cross-stakeholder collaboration
• Coordinate communication and information flow between project teams, clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution
• Identify and manage interdependencies and conflicts across projects to avoid delays
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to address interface issues and promote proactive problem-solving
• Monitor interface performance and report on key metrics to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Support Project Managers in integrating interface management into overall execution strategies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration
