Overview
ob Summary CCDS is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-class IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HCI, virtualization, backup, storage, and Microsoft technologies, with the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and internal sales teams in delivery and presales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Virtualization: Design, deploy, and support Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions including Nutanix, vXRail, and Cisco HyperFlex.
- Implement and manage VMware vSphere (ESXi & vCenter) environments, including VDI (Horizon View).
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Plan and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) solutions using VMware SRM, vSphere Replication, and Veeam.
- Backup, Storage & Data Protection: Design and administer Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam ONE, and Veeam Enterprise Manager.
- Deploy and manage SAN/NAS storage solutions including: HP 3PAR / StorageWorks, IBM Storwize (v7000, v5000, v3700, DS3500), NetApp FAS, Huawei OceanStor; perform SAN zoning, LUN creation, host mapping, and storage optimization.
- Microsoft & Systems: Design and manage Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services).
- Deploy and support Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Hybrid) and Office 365 integrations.
- Manage Hyper-V environments where required.
- Apply security hardening, patching, and compliance best practices.
- Presales & Customer Engagement: Support presales activities including solution design, BOM preparation, POCs, RFQs, RFPs, and SOWs.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops for customers and partners.
- Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and ensure successful deal closure.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Documentation & Leadership: Produce high-quality technical documentation (design documents, as-built, SOPs).
- Lead or contribute to enterprise-scale projects and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
- Certifications (Preferred): Nutanix (NCP / NCM / NCS), VMware (VCP / VCA), Microsoft (MCSE / MCSA). Storage or vendor-specific certifications are a plus
