Job summary

sifiapp is seeking an Infrastructure Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role requires strong leadership and deep technical expertise in infrastructure and reliability engineering. The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring high system availability and compliance with SAMA regulations. Candidates should have extensive experience in cloud operations, technical leadership, and a solid understanding of infrastructure tools and practices, including OCI and Kubernetes, with a focus on security and cost management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or cloud operations.
• At least 3-4 years in a management or senior technical leadership role.
• Experience with payment systems or financial services infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SRE and infrastructure team.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture decisions for scalability and security.
• Define and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and track reliability targets.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulatory controls.
• Manage relationships with cloud and infrastructure vendors.
