Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Project Engineer (Cluster) in Riyadh to lead large-scale infrastructure programs. You will craft detailed project plans, manage budgets and resources, and guide multi-disciplinary teams from design through construction to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires extensive project management expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges across government-funded programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government and/or semi-government programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation including progress reports and change orders.
• Communicate with stakeholders such as clients, contractors and vendors.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the project.
• Monitor and coordinate Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, and Construction Management.
