Job summary

DeepSource Technologies in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, storage, networking, and security. You will manage Windows/Linux systems, virtualizations (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper‑V), and hybrid-cloud environments with Azure and AWS.

Responsibilities include DR planning, automation with PowerShell/Bash/Python, and collaboration with cybersecurity, network, and application teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity/access management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing).
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage, backup, DR solutions.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring/management tools.
• Understanding of HA, security, and ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Manage Windows Server and Linux systems including patching and troubleshooting.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper‑V.
• Support cloud and hybrid-cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Configure and maintain storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Support LAN/WAN and coordinate with network/security teams.
• Monitor infrastructure availability and performance; address issues.
• Implement infrastructure security standards and patch management.
• Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and outages.
• Participate in HA, DR, migrations, and upgrades.
• Develop documentation and architecture diagrams.
