Job summary

Deepsource Technologies is seeking a senior technical lead to serve as the subject matter expert for a complex cloud-centric project in Riyadh. You will guide the technical implementation, coordinate vendor teams, and mentor the project staff to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

You will deploy and configure cloud technologies, develop architecture documentation, manage risks, and transfer knowledge to the client's IT team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the deployment and configuration of the cloud technologies meet the project s functional and performance requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system architecture configurations and procedures.
• Support the testing and validation of the implemented solutions working closely with the project stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client s IT team enabling them to effectively manage and maintain the deployed systems.

Strong technical expertise and hands‑on experience in cloud technologies, particularly with RedHat OpenStack, PaloAltoNetworks, F5, and IBM WatsonCloudPak Thorough understanding of the local IT landscape and cultural nuances in Iraq to effectively lead technical initiatives and drive successful outcomes Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior team members Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., RedHat Certified Engineer, PaloAltoNetworks Certified Network Security Administrator, IBM Certified Solution Architect)
• Experience in the deployment and integration of complex, multi‑vendor IT solutions
• Knowledge of the Iraqi IT and business landscape
