Your Role

We are seeking a Indoor Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of mobile telecom indoor coverage solutions across the region. This role requires strong experience in IBS/DAS systems, including site surveys, coverage evaluation, indoor solution design validation, and installation supervision. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of indoor active and passive components, with hands‑on exposure to deployments involving Huawei and Nokia technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise mobile telecom indoor coverage solution deployments (IBS/DAS)
  • Conduct and validate site surveys, RF coverage assessments, and technical requirements
  • Review, support, and validate indoor system design based on coverage analysis
  • Oversee installation of active and passive indoor equipment across assigned sites
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality benchmarks, and client specifications
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Resolve technical issues and provide field support during installation and acceptance
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reporting, and track deployment milestones
  • Support optimization, testing, and acceptance activities for indoor sites
Your Profile
  • Based in Al‑Khobar, KSA, with full flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
  • Experienced in mobile telecom indoor coverage deployment (IBS/DAS).
  • Skilled in site surveys, coverage evaluation, design review, and installation oversight.
  • Knowledgeable in indoor active and passive hardware solutions; experience with Huawei and Nokia is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing field activities, including multi‑site coordination, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Arabic is preferred, with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license.
