Job summary

Arbete Careers in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HVAC Production Engineer to oversee and manage production processes for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. You will plan, coordinate and supervise manufacturing activities to ensure timely, efficient production while upholding quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 25 years of HVAC production experience, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 25 years of HVAC production or manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and assembly techniques.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HVAC production schedules based on project and client requirements.
• Supervise daily production operations, including assembly line processes and fabrication of HVAC units.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce costs.
• Ensure all products meet the companys quality standards and comply with relevant industry codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve any production-related issues.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols across the production floor.
• Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials and components.
• Prepare regular production reports and maintain documentation of work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
• Train and mentor junior production staff and technicians.
