Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HSE experience, with at least 3 years in multinational or large national companies.
• Proven track record in managing HSE practices in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience in construction of power stations and electrical substations.

Responsibilities

• Implements all safety aspects as per Company policy and legal requirements.
• Ensures supervisors conduct daily safety reviews.
• Reports safety violations directly to the Project Manager.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and international best practices

Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety
