Job summary

A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior HSE Manager to oversee daily operations of the project HSE department. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, at least eight years of experience, with five years in a supervisory role and a solid understanding of HSE best practices. The role promotes a proactive approach to safety and risk management while providing leadership across all projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years working experience.
  • 5 years in a relevant supervisory position required.
  • 2 years GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HSE policies and management systems.
  • Lead HSE initiatives and foster a culture of safety.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Develop training programs on safe work practices.
  • Analyze safety data to measure progress and improvements.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies on compliance matters.
  • Prepare documentation for stakeholders on HSE findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
  • Support implementation of HSE initiatives within the company.
