Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, part of the Crédit Agricole asset servicing network, seeks a Senior Client Operations Officer for Group Invoicing. You will set up and renegotiate fee schedules, analyze data, and load information into the invoicing system to support accurate client billing.

You will validate changes with a four-eye principle, ensure timely invoicing, and escalate issues while maintaining data integrity and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Banking
• 0-2 years experience in finance operations
• Experience in fee set-up and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Set up new and renegotiated fee schedules in billing system per policies
• Provide data for invoicing system and manage data loads
• Perform four-eye validation on manual updates to billing system
• Submit invoicing setup evidences within timeframes
• Ensure invoices are approved timely to meet SLAs
• Escalate invoice issues per guidelines
• Review data to calculate fees from various sources
• Ensure invoice distribution follows client standing instructions
