Job summary

Confidential in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer Specialist to join our growing team. The role requires 5+ years of buying and sourcing, including direct sourcing from factories in China, plus supplier evaluation, negotiations, and costings.

Ideal candidates have strong vendor management, po management, and reporting skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and/or Mandarin are a plus. Saudi market GCC experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of buying and sourcing experience.
• 5+ years sourcing directly from factories in China.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, factory evaluation, negotiation and costing.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Experience managing international suppliers and manufacturers.
• GCC experience preferred, especially in the Saudi market.
• Strong communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
