Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company seeks a Manager - International Freight and Clearing to lead end-to-end shipment coordination within the Logistics Division. The role focuses on booking, documentation, customs clearance, and carrier collaboration to ensure on-time, secure delivery.

You will manage relationships with clients and suppliers, optimize routes, monitor shipments, and drive improvements in efficiency and compliance with international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in data science, analytics or data management (MBA preferred).
• 9+ years in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipment bookings, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers for timely deliveries.
• Arrange transport by truck, ship, or air freight per shipment needs.
• Prepare shipping and export/import documents; ensure compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve delays; maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Support MIS reporting and performance improvement initiatives.
