Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior GIS/BIM Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead GIS and BIM integration for mixed-use developments. The role focuses on strategy, delivery, and data governance in digital engineering.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and clients to optimize planning, design, and project delivery, while mentoring teams and driving innovation across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in GIS and BIM management, esp. mixed-use developments.
• Advanced knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and Autodesk Revit/Navisworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GIS and BIM strategies for mixed-use projects.
• Lead integration of GIS data with BIM models across disciplines.
• Manage workflows, standards, and QA of GIS/BIM data.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, planners, and clients.
• Mentor project teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive digital engineering innovation and best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff.
