Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, coordination, and digital project delivery for large-scale construction, landscaping, and infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

You will develop BEPs, enforce BIM standards, supervise model quality, and drive collaboration among design teams, consultants, and contractors. A strong leadership background in Revit/Navisworks and ISO 19650 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in BIM coordination and management, including leadership roles.
• Experience on large-scale construction, landscaping, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360.

• Lead BIM implementation and multidisciplinary coordination across projects.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation, multidisciplinary coordination, and digital project delivery across large-scale construction, landscaping, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BIM technologies, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive BIM standards, model quality, and collaboration across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation, coordination, and management across multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, workflows, and project-specific procedures.
• Oversee BIM model development, federation, quality control, and compliance with LOD requirements.
• Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution across architectural, structural, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ensure effective collaboration between design teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee BIM deliverables, technical documentation, and model-based reporting.
• Lead and mentor BIM Coordinators and Modelers while improving BIM processes and project delivery efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM coordination and management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing BIM activities on large-scale construction, landscaping, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, and resolution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred.
