Job summary

ACES is a leading specialized engineering company in the Middle East. We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Riyadh to lead site investigations, direct field and laboratory work, and develop geotechnical reports and proposals for major projects.

The role involves supervising the team, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering; master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Geotechnical.

Responsibilities

• Implement the department’s policies, goals, and procedures; support their development as needed.
• Oversee operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans.
• Support department manager in resource management, cost control, and budgeting.
• Monitor project progress and prepare contingency plans.
• Oversee field and lab testing schedules as per project requirements.
• Develop departmental business plans aligned with ACES strategies and objectives.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals.
