Job summary

Mogi I/O is seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Consultant/Specialist with strong Endoscopy expertise to deliver high‑quality patient care and manage complex gastroenterology cases. Excellent diagnostic and procedural skills are essential, with a track record in Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.

Location Kuwait: the role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining strict safety and record‑keeping standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology or a related specialty.
• Several years of post-graduation experience for Consultant level.
• Several years of relevant experience for Specialist level.
• Specialized Endoscopy training or 6–12 month Endoscopy Fellowship.
• Proven experience in gastroenterology and endoscopic procedures.
• GCI & GCA accreditation mandatory.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support and guide junior medical staff when required.
