Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive architecture and delivery of secure, scalable web applications on-site. You will lead a team in collaboration with UX, product, and operations to ensure high-quality software that meets business objectives.

The role requires hands-on expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud/container platforms, plus mentoring and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in two frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side tech (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
• RESTful APIs design and microservices architecture experience.
• SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Git and CI/CD pipelines proficiency.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex web applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure applications with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Resolve performance and security issues with best practices.
• Execute unit and integration testing with automated frameworks.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
• Monitor performance post-deployment and implement improvements.
• Document development processes and project requirements.
