Job summary

Saudi Aramco invites a seasoned Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join the Planning and Performance Management Department (P&PMD) in Saudi Arabia. The role coordinates, consolidates and prepares the Business Plan and mid/annual accountability reporting for senior management and the Board.

You will analyze performance, develop initiatives and provide mentorship on P&PM analytics, with emphasis on management accounting, finance and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA and/or professional certification (CMA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
• 12+ years of related experience in planning and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of management accounting, finance and Excel.
• Oil & Gas experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical findings and recommendations for P&PM tasks including business plan preparation, performance tracking and accountability reporting.
• Conduct P&PM studies: benchmarking, risk management, measurements/process design and information system changes.
• Mentor and coordinate tasks among P&PM personnel; supervise and facilitate regular and special tasks.
