HALA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, while building models and automating processes with AI and SQL-enabled insights.

Oracle EPM implementation support and cross-functional collaboration will be key, shaping strategic financial decisions across the business. You will partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring data integrity and timely, credible

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis role, preferably in fintech, payments or startup/faster-moving environment.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• SQL or reporting automation experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle EPM or similar planning system is a strong plus.
• Comfort using AI tools to support financial analysis and reporting.
• Accounting qualification such as ACCA or Saudi SOCPA.
• Strong stakeholder management across the business.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic & English.
• Saudi National (Saudization).

Responsabilités

• Lead and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and leadership commentary.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting with AI.
• Support rollout of Oracle EPM for budgeting and planning.
• Partner with SQL/BI to extract and present data.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and commercial teams.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity across financial reports.
• Contribute to FP&A process improvements and controls.
• Prepare commentary and materials for quarterly board reporting.
