Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will build robust financial models for a fast-growing, project-driven business and leverage AI to enhance insights and efficiency.

Role requires 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, familiarity with Saudi market practices, and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or corporate finance; project-based background preferred.
• Familiar with Saudi market, regulations, Vision 2030 context.
• AI tools experience in finance and curiosity to learn.
• Fluency in English; Arabic advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, cash flow, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly management packs and KPI dashboards with executive commentary.
• Leverage AI tools for analysis, forecasting, and automation across FP&A functions.
• Perform project-level cost analysis and margin tracking across projects.
• Support business development with pricing analysis and scenario modeling.
• Drive working capital analysis and cash forecasting for projects.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and ROI analyses.
• Partner with accounting to align actuals, forecasts, and reporting.
