Job description
Overview

Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

Role

Are you an experienced Licensed Aircraft Dispatcher ready to take control at the heart of an airline operation?

Responsibilities

You will be mandated for planning, monitoring and controlling flights to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency and operational performance. You will be responsible for creating optimised flight plans, analysing weather and operational constraints, and coordinating closely with flight crew, air traffic control and internal stakeholders to maximise safety, payload capability and commercial opportunity. You will exercise shared operational control with the commander, actively flight watch each service, and take informed operational decisions including delays, diversions and cancellations as required. When disruption occurs, you will manage, mitigate, and recover the situation, as well as lead recovery efforts to achieve the safest and most effective outcome, while maintaining strong collaboration within the IOCC and deputising for dispatch or network management when needed. Throughout, you will ensure full compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.

If you thrive under pressure, think strategically, and never compromise on safety, this is your chance to help keep an airline moving.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years exercising full operational control as a licensed dispatcher, preferably with demonstrated expertise in Trans‑Atlantic flight operations.

You are expected to have a GACA flight dispatch license or a recognised equivalent.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience working under PART 121 regulations, and Lido flight planning system knowledge.
