Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a qualified auditor to lead internal audits across flight and cabin operations, ensuring compliance with GACA and IOSA standards. The role focuses on risk identification, reporting, and driving continuous improvement within the quality assurance framework.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial airline operations, including internal audits or compliance support, and IOSA Accredited Auditor credentials. Flight operations, safety or QA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified; minimum 3 years of experience in commercial airline operations; at least 1 year conducting internal audits or supporting compliance activities.
• IOSA Accredited Auditor qualification is required/preferred.
• Experience in flight operations, safety, or quality assurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits across flight and cabin operations to ensure compliance with GACA regulations, IOSA standards, and internal policies.
• Identify and report risks; verify corrective actions; contribute to the quality assurance system.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and monitor corrective and preventive measures; collaborate with operational teams.
• Assist preparations for external audits and help refine audit processes and tools.

In this role, you’ll conduct audits and inspections across flight and cabin operations to ensure compliance with GACA regulations, IOSA standards, internal policies, and best practices. You will identify and report risks, verify corrective actions, and contribute to our quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for leading internal audits, preparing detailed reports, and monitoring corrective and preventive measures. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll promote a culture of compliance and support preparations for external audits, while helping refine internal audit processes and tools.

About You

Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial airline operations, and at least 1 year of experience conducting internal audits or supporting compliance activities.

You are expected to hold an IOSA Accredited Auditor qualification.
