Job summary

EWAA Hotels is seeking a skilled Fixed Asset Manager to lead recording, depreciation, transfers and disposal of assets across multiple properties in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure accurate asset tracking and CAPEX governance.

The role requires 5+ years in fixed assets within hospitality, strong ERP/Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fixed Assets / Asset Management, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hotel fixed assets, CAPEX, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
• Experience managing fixed assets across multiple hotels or locations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and fixed asset management systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Record, classify, depreciate, transfer and dispose fixed assets.
• Coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and hotel management teams regarding fixed assets.
• Conduct regular physical asset verification and reconciliation against accounting records.
• Monitor asset movements between hotels, departments, and locations and ensure proper documentation.
• Review CAPEX and ensure assets are properly recorded and classified.
• Coordinate asset additions, transfers, disposals, write-offs, and replacements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical assets and the fixed asset register.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Prepare periodic fixed asset reports for management and Finance.
• Support annual financial audits and provide fixed asset schedules and documentation.
• Monitor depreciation calculations and ensure assets are depreciated per policy.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to CAPEX and asset replacements.
• Establish and maintain proper documentation and controls for asset management.
• Support hotel opening, renovation, and refurbishment projects in relation to asset registration.
• Train and guide hotel teams on fixed asset procedures and documentation requirements.
