Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Assets Accountant to join our Finance Team. You will maintain fixed asset records, manage capitalization and depreciation, monitor CWIP, and support audits and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years in fixed assets or related finance roles, with strong Excel and ERP experience (D365/SAP/Oracle). Saudi work experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of fixed assets or related finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience in large/multi-entity organizations or CAPEX projects is a plus.
• SOCPA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile Fixed Asset Register with the General Ledger.
• Review CAPEX transactions for proper capitalization and classification.
• Monitor CWIP balances and transfer completed projects to fixed assets.
• Calculate and process depreciation accurately.
• Manage asset additions, transfers, disposals, write-offs, and adjustments.
• Support asset verification and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare fixed asset and CAPEX reports for audits.
• Maintain fixed asset data in ERP systems.
