Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Fire & Life Safety (FLS) engineer to lead design review and advisory services across city‑scale masterplanning, infrastructure and asset developments.

The role requires developing and reviewing FLS strategies, smoke control and evacuation solutions, while guiding internal teams, consultants and delivery partners to ensure code compliance and built‑in safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Engineering preferred.
• 8–15 years’ experience in Fire & Life Safety across large-scale developments.
• Experience applying Saudi Building Code, Civil Defence and NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead FLS design strategies across complex buildings and masterplanned developments.
• Review and challenge FLS submissions and calculations with robust solutions.
• Coordinate with design teams to integrate FLS requirements early.
• Support authority engagements and third‑party FLS reviews.
