Rize in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner closely with our CFO, turning complex financial and portfolio data into clear operating and funding decisions. You will own the models, forecasts, and analysis used by executives, lenders, board members, and investors, building from first principles with razor-sharp clarity.

This role suits someone who thrives with imperfect data and communicates commercial insights effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical finance experience with independent ownership.
• Experience in Fintech/BNPL, lending platforms, or related domains.
• Direct exposure to lending or receivables-based businesses.
• Auditable, driver-based models from scratch with clear assumptions and checks.
• Strong cash flow, pricing, and funding strategy insights.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Onsite Riyadh: Saudi national or iqama-eligible resident.

Responsibilities

• Build, stress-test, and maintain 3-statement, funding, and scenario models.
• Own asset-backed/warehouse financing analytics and reporting.
• Coordinate with lenders, auditors, and advisory partners.
• Lead planning, budgets, and rolling forecasts for liquidity needs.
• Analyze cohorts and trends to inform pricing and funding decisions.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready materials for management and board.
