Job summary

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reports, IFRS compliance, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CA/CIMA/SOCPA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and budgeting/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial control frameworks.
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
