Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/CIMA/SOCPA) preferred.
• 5–10+ years progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights.
• Ensuring IFRS compliance and internal financial control frameworks.
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls.
• Mentoring or managing junior finance staff.
