Hire Resolve is recruiting for senior finance professionals to fill multiple high-caliber roles across Saudi Arabia. The position supports leadership growth and collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in finance, strong IFRS knowledge, and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Professional qualification preferred (CPA/ACCA/CA/CIMA/SOCPA).
• 5–10+ years in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics).

Mansioni

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Overseeing general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Supporting strategic and commercial decision-making with financial insights.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial control frameworks.
• Coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and controls.
• Mentoring or managing junior finance and accounting staff.
