Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Field Engineer – Architectural Finishes to supervise finishing works for a major development. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs and schedules while coordinating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers across hospitality and landmark projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering, 8+ years in construction supervision, and 5+ years in finishes supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil/construction engineering.
• 8+ years in building construction and architectural supervision.
• 5+ years in architectural finishes supervision on major projects.
• Experience with luxury hotels, convention centers, mixed-use developments.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect architectural finishing works per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and progress.
• Assist in QA/QC, RFIs, and progress meetings.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and project documentation.
