AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Design in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for an Electrical and Power Generation role focused on designing, developing, analyzing, and optimizing electrical systems and components. The position requires strong electrical design capability, technical analysis, simulation, and coordination skills to deliver solutions that comply with project specifications, applicable electrical codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
The position requires close collaboration with mechanical engineers, project managers, and other project stakeholders to support the integration of electrical components within wider systems. The Electrical Engineer will also review vendor specifications and proposed components for compatibility with design requirements, participate in project planning and scheduling activities, and coordinate technical inputs required to meet project deadlines.
Experience with power systems, renewable energy, or industrial electrical applications is preferred.
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian or wider Middle Eastern market and regional requirements is also desirable, together with knowledge of advanced electrical simulation and modeling techniques.
