Job summary

Confidential is seeking an External Audit Supervisor to join its Audit & Assurance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate brings extensive external auditing experience, leadership, and strong client relationship skills to oversee engagements and ensure top-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include supervising audits from planning to completion, reviewing working papers and financial statements, mentoring teams, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive external audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA.
• Experience supervising audit engagements and reviewing working papers and financial statements.
• Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• SOCPA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
• Lead and mentor audit team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout assignments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and ISA.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver audits within timelines.
