Job summary

A leading event and branding production company is seeking an experienced Estimator for their Riyadh office. The role involves providing accurate cost estimations and preparing BOQs for exhibition stands and event projects. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in event estimation, strong knowledge of materials, and proficiency in MS Excel. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with design, production, and procurement teams, under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in event & exhibition estimation.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market availability.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs.
• Perform material calculations based on drawings and layouts.
• Estimate costs for fabrication, printing, carpentry, electrical, AV, logistics, and installation.
• Source and analyze market rates and supplier pricing.
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams.
