Job summary

slihrms is seeking an Environmental Engineer in Saudi Arabia to ensure regulatory compliance and manage environmental performance on large-scale construction projects. You will monitor dust, noise, air quality, wastewater, and hazardous materials while maintaining accurate records and supporting incident investigations.

Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering with additional sustainability certifications and experience on GCC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in environmental engineering or sustainability is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in environmental management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project commitments.
• Monitor construction activities for dust, noise, air quality, wastewater, and hazardous materials.
• Maintain records of inspections, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Support investigations of environmental incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams on improvements.
