Job summary

You will establish design standards, evaluate technologies, mentor designers, and create documentation and roadmaps to support digital transformation and resilient infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in design or enterprise architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools and software platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex systems.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
• Comprehensive portfolio of architectural projects and implementations.
• Excellent communication; able to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and modernization projects.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed system design.
• Familiarity with emerging design technologies and industry trends.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Preferred: TOGAF, ITIL or equivalent architecture credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business goals.
• Design scalable system architectures that balance innovation, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor design teams, providing technical guidance and fostering continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate requirements into architectural frameworks.
• Establish and enforce design standards, best practices, and architectural governance policies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design methodologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams and implementation roadmaps.
• Review and approve design proposals from team members, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to support team development.
