You will coordinate architectural finishes with MEP services and subcontractors, review shop drawings, and drive timely approvals while maintaining safety and schedule adherence. • Bachelor degree in architectural engineering is required.
• 10-15 years of work experience in architectural finishing and construction projects.
• Strong coordination between architectural finishes, MEP services and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors for timely approvals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate between architectural finishes, MEP services and subcontractors for proper execution.
• Review shop drawings and ensure fully coordinated shop drawings for execution.
• Study interactions between trades and raise RFIs to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage productivity of architectural works to match contractor schedule.
• Develop site logistics and mobilization/demobilization plans.
• Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout construction.
